Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Insurance AR associate in the Philippines to handle high-volume, data-entry intensive processing of time-of-service payments for telehealth appointments. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and pattern recognition with minimal client interaction.

You will review telehealth accounts in Advanced MD (AMD), record payments, update the Copay spreadsheet, and estimate costs using insurance responses, working largely independently to meet daily quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in high-volume data entry or medical billing.
• Strong ability to identify trends in insurance responses and financial data.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and large spreadsheets handling.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of assigned telehealth accounts to determine patient responsibility.
• Charge time-of-service payments for appointments with no automated payment.
• Maintain Telehealth Copay Detail Spreadsheet and update statuses.
• Update Provider Profiles and TH Copay amounts in AMD as needed.
• Use benefit check notes and insurance responses to estimate costs for pending visits.
• Identify accounts with negative balances and determine if refunds are required.
