Job summary

Philippines Fiber Optic Cable Network Ltd., Inc. (PFOCN) invites a Telecommunication Engineer to plan, design, implement, and deliver telecommunications network projects.

You will conduct site surveys, support construction, coordinate requirements, and work closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure designs meet specifications and delivery standards, organize design documents, prepare sketches, estimates, and provide technical guidance to field teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design, construction, and project implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to conduct site measurements, collect data, and prepare sketches and construction drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, collect technical data, take measurements, and prepare sketches and construction drawings.
• Organize and compile design documents and other technical project materials.
• Prepare engineering quantity estimates and material requirements for projects.
• Provide technical guidance during network construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate technical support and coordination.
• Manage customer project requirements and support project delivery from implementation through completion and acceptance.
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on project activities, ensuring effective communication among customers and internal teams.
• Assist customers during project acceptance, product verification, and final delivery.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned by the supervisor or management based on operational requirements.
