You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment, optimization, and maintenance of telecom networks that deliver high-speed internet and data services to customers nationwide.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment, optimization, and maintenance of telecom networks that deliver high-speed internet and data services to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement fiber optic and broadband access networks (FTTH, GPON, etc.)
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network deployments
• Manage and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment and lines
• Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and restoration of telecom services
• Optimize network performance through regular monitoring and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NOC, field technicians, and third-party contractors
• Maintain accurate documentation of network design, layouts, and configurations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Assist in network capacity planning and future expansion projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• Licensed ECE (preferred but not always required)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecom or ISP industry
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, IP networking, and telecommunications infrastructure
• Proficient in using network planning tools, OTDR, splicing machines, and related field instruments
• Familiar with GPON, DWDM, OSP/ISP design, and network management systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed
