Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. seeks an experienced FTTx Operations Lead to manage on-site technical activities for FTTx projects in the Philippines. You will survey sites, design networks, and develop BOMs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

The role requires coordination with subcontractors and clients, plus strong reporting and cross-team collaboration in English and Tagalog. Onsite work in Makati/BCG and potential travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• Valid fiber optic certification (CFOT/ETA) or equivalent local credentials.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on FTTx deployment experience in PH telecom projects.
• Proficient in FTTx design tools and OTDR testing.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration with engineers, vendors and clients.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Will ing to work onsite in BCG/Makati.
• Open for business trips to other regions.

• Conduct site surveys, perform FTTx network design, and generate accurate bill of materials for deployment.

• Develop and enforce FTTx deployment standards aligned with local Philippine telecom regulatory rules.

• Oversee end-to-end FTTx site implementation, ensuring works meet local quality and safety benchmarks.

• Coordinate with local subcontractors, monitor their work quality, and ensure on-schedule task delivery.

• Manage project scope changes, conduct pre-acceptance tests, and support final client handover & acceptance.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid fiber optic certification (e.g. CFOT, ETA) or equivalent local telecom technical credentials.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on FTTx deployment experience, familiar with Philippine telecom project workflows.

• Proficient in FTTx design tools (AutoCAD, Fiber Optic Simulator) and test equipment like OTDR.

• Strong office software skills, able to prepare technical reports, project documentation and presentations.

• Excellent cross-team collaboration, able to work effectively with local engineers, vendors and clients.

• Fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong communication skills for local stakeholder coordination.
