Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fiber optic and broadband access networks (FTTH, GPON, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network deployments.
• Manage and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault analysis, and restoration of telecom services.
• Optimize network performance through regular monitoring and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NOC, field technicians, and third-party contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network design, layouts, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in network capacity planning and future expansion projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment, optimization, and maintenance of telecom networks that deliver high-speed internet and data services to customers nationwide.
