Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years in telecom administration, billing, or IT clerical support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with DSL, IPVPN, MPLS and DIA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update telecom databases for phone lines, SIM cards, wireless routers, and data links
• Process and track telecom service requests (voice, mobile, DSL, IPVPN, MPLS, DIA, and other connectivity services)
• Coordinate with vendors regarding activations, migrations, porting, and billing concerns
• Validate subscription billing and maintain proper documentation and records
• Monitor telecom-related issues and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders
