BCM One is a leading telecom provider with 30 years of experience serving thousands of business customers and partners. This hybrid role is based in Bacolod City, Philippines, with a night shift schedule and a clear path toward higher responsibilities within our CoreDial team.

You will review and process number porting requests, validate documents, monitor orders, and coordinate with carriers, resellers, and internal teams to keep every order accurate and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review and process number porting requests
• Validate documents and customer information
• Monitor orders and maintain accurate case updates
• Respond to partners through calls, emails, and tickets
• Coordinate with carriers, resellers, and internal teams
• Resolve rejected or delayed orders within service timelines
