Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital learning programs and journeys.
• Strong ability to create learner-centered communications and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of LMS, LXP, content platforms, learning analytics tools, and AI-enabled learning technologies.
• Strong data analytics capability to translate learning data into insights.
• Ability to design integrated 70-20-10 learning solutions.
• Strategic thinking and ability to link learning to business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and end-to-end program management.
• Experience managing partners, resources, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital learning journeys that integrate formal learning, social learning, coaching and mentoring, and experiential application using 70-20-10 principles.
• Develop learning campaigns that drive enrollment, completion, and application of learning across channels.
• Optimize learning platforms (LMS/LXP) for usability, content discoverability, and learner experience.
• Translate data into dashboards and insights for stakeholders to demonstrate business impact.
