Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks a Digital Learning Architect to drive talent development through technology, data, and innovative learning design. You will create scalable digital learning experiences, campaigns, and analytics to improve learner outcomes and business impact.

You will design end-to-end learning journeys, optimize platforms (LMS/LXP), and partner with SMEs, vendors, and HR to ensure accessible, engaging programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital learning programs.
• Experience in creating multi-channel campaigns to drive enrollment and completion.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, LXP, and learning analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital learning journeys integrating formal, social, and experiential learning.
• Develop learning campaigns to build awareness, enrollment, and completion.
• Collaborate with SMEs, partners, and vendors for high-quality learning experiences.
• Translate data into dashboards and stakeholder-ready reports.
