Alorica in Pampanga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries about premium telecommunications services, and provide accurate assistance on accounts, billing, plans, devices, and services. You will deliver a premium customer experience with professionalism and empathy.

This role requires excellent English communication, strong listening skills, and the ability to remain confident and courteous while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
