Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Experience in telecom IT or BSS environments (billing, CRM, order management).
• Strong IT foundation and network administration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and performance issues.
• Knowledge of network security and data protection.
• Experience with B2C and B2B telecom processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for BSS.
• Configure and maintain BSS platforms.
• Coordinate with network and IT teams to support BSS solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents to ensure service continuity.
