Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the telco industry, CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
• Map current business processes and identify areas for process optimization within the BSS domain.
• Develop process models and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and finance to ensure successful project execution.
• Define test cases and scenarios to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and QA processes.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specs, and user guides.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
