Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries about mobile, internet, and other services.
• Review billing statements, explain charges, process payments, resolve discrepancies.
• Update account information and modify service plans.
• Provide information about packages, promotions, and upgrades.
• Identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Address complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
• Maintain customer records and document transactions in the company systems.
• Follow account guidelines and data privacy requirements.
• Coordinate with support teams when escalation is needed.
