About the role

ACCM Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales professional to join our expanding team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based in our office location, offering an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth through direct customer engagement via telephone and digital channels. As a Tele Sales representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying prospects, presenting our offerings, and closing deals whilst building long-term customer relationships. This role is critical to achieving our revenue targets and expanding our customer base in a competitive marketplace.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to present and promote ACCM Marketing Services' products and solutions
• Qualifying leads and identifying customer needs to determine the best‑fit services and solutions
• Delivering compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to individual client requirements
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms with prospects to secure sales agreements
• Managing and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Following up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify upselling opportunities
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels
• Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and share best practices
• Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer objections and competitive intelligence

What we’re looking for

• Experience in outbound sales, tele‑sales or similar customer‑facing sales roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets (Not required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
• Strong listening and questioning skills to identify and understand customer needs effectively
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections professionally and turn them into sales opportunities

• High level of resilience and the ability to remain motivated in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information and sales data
• A positive attitude, self‑motivation and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Fluency in Tagalog; additional language skills are advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a tertiary qualification in business, marketing or sales is preferred
