Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent and past-due accounts via phone or in person.
• Observe policies, rules and regulations prescribed by principals, client and government regulatory bodies.
• Report collection performance and progress to management.
• Follow-through on payment plans and monitor arrangements.
• Secure timely customer payments according to due dates.
• Maintain organization and time-management in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Collector Specialist/Collection Specialist that contact clients and collect outstanding payments. This job should ensure timely payments that aligns with the law.

The Collectors are expected to demonstrate high level of professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. They must possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively communicate and negotiate successful outcomes. Additionally, they should be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This is an allowance plus commission-based job and a one-day process application.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• Collect delinquent and/or past due accounts of client through negotiation by telephone and/or personal visits;
• Observe policies, rules and regulations prescribed by principals, client and government regulatory bodies;
• Report to the company his/her collection performance and accomplishments; and,
• Perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensure diligent follow-through on payment plans, guaranteeing that all arrangements are monitored.
• Secure timely customer payments, adhering strictly to scheduled due dates.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
