You will be responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and coaching employees in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in training or team leadership within a Telco account BPO setting, along with strong communication and facilitation skills. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Team Leader in a Telco account BPO setting.
• Open to High School or SHS graduates or Bachelor's degree holders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and tenured agents.
• Facilitate onboarding programs covering company and client policies.
• Provide floor support and coaching to improve performance.
