Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Telco Technical Support for onsite work at Eton Centris in Quezon City. The role involves handling voice support calls, troubleshooting, and delivering accurate information to customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 month of BPO experience, telco/technical support preference, and good English (B2).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 month of BPO experience.
• Telco/technical support experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling a voice-based account.
• Good English communication; B2 level preferred.
• Willing to work shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City (Eton Centris).
• High school graduates under the old curriculum may be considered.
• Candidates with technical support or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with telecommunications and technical concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Identify and properly document customer issues.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and technical concerns.
• De-escalate frustrated customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain quality standards and meet established performance targets.
