Job summary

Global Meta Jobs in Makati is seeking sales-driven, customer-focused professionals to join our Telco Sales team. You will handle voice-based inquiries, promote telco products, upsell plans and add-ons, and deliver excellent service to customers of a leading telecommunications company.

The role requires strong communication and persuasion, a minimum of 6 months call center experience, and the ability to work on-site with shifting schedules including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Call Center Experience handling voice calls.
• Experience in Telco or Financial accounts is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls related to telco services.
• Promote and upsell mobile plans, internet bundles, upgrades, and other telecom products.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan changes, usage concerns, and other telco-related issues.
• Resolve service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Clearly explain plan features, pricing, promos, and contract terms to customers.
• Document all call details and sales transactions accurately in the system.
