Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager (B2B AU Telco) to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects from initiation to closure, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and report to senior leaders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship, support ePMO services, and ensure adherence to internal methodologies while driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in project management with a track record of delivering projects.
• Experience supporting large teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• University degree or diploma in business, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business projects, managing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Senior/Program Managers on large strategic initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders; build relationships.
• Prepare regular status updates, executive reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage purchase/service orders.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote ePMO services.
