Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, plans, and services.
• Assist customers with service requests and account-related concerns.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for telecommunications services.
• Resolve customer concerns or elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO experience required
• Customer Contact Experience (CCE) is an advantage
• B2 English communication proficiency
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro
