Qualifications

• At least B2 English communication proficiency.
• High School Graduate under the Old Curriculum or Senior High School Graduate under the New Curriculum.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Telco products and services
• Assist customers with account, billing, and service-related concerns
• Provide basic troubleshooting and appropriate solutions
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Explain Telco services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain professional and customer-focused service at all times
