Job summary

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required; candidates with Customer Contact Experience (CCE) are preferred.
• Must have at least B2 level English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
