Qualifications

High School graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
At least B2 English communication proficiency.
No experience required; preferably with Customer Care Experience (CCE).
Willing to work onsite in CDO.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with telecom products, services, billing and account concerns.
Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
Process service requests and update customer information accurately.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.
