Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• No BPO experience required; customer contact experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills are expected.
• Willing to work onsite and flexible to shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for a Telco account.
• Assist business customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical support.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality and productivity targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
