MicroSourcing is hiring a Service Desk Specialist (B2B AU Telco) to deliver enterprise customer support onsite at BGC, Taguig. You will handle incidents, manage service requests, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will triage tickets, adhere to SLAs, and escalate where necessary, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Onsite day shift, growth opportunities await in a dynamic telco environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Service Desk or Incident Management environment.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Enterprise incidents and service requests.
• Triage and resolve tickets on first touch; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to ticket SLAs and update statuses promptly.
• Monitor queues in ServiceNow and coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Document processes and ensure accurate knowledge sharing.
• Follow escalation procedures for critical technologies.
