Job summary

E-Solutions IT Services in Makati seeks an experienced Business Analyst – CRM to support banking and financial services IT programs, with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, functional documentation, QA/UAT support, and ensuring CRM solutions meet business needs. On-site in Makati for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services IT programs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
• Experience with CRM processes such as customer onboarding, case management, and lending workflows.
• Strong requirements management, documentation, and traceability experience.
• Experience with functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and UAT.
• Good understanding of the QA lifecycle; familiarity with Playwright is an advantage.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Banking products, processes, and regulatory knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flows, workflows, wireframes, and RTMs.
• Work closely with banking stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, developers, QA, and delivery teams.
• Support QA, UAT, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
• Review manual and automated test coverage and identify gaps, including Playwright-based automation.
• Manage requirements and documentation using JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
