Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/QA to perform end-to-end BA work across e-Invoicing, CAS, and PRISM. You will analyze requirements, draft FSD/RTM, coordinate with users and vendors, and support SIT/UAT while managing risks and changes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BA/QA, strong documentation and testing experience, and knowledge of AI/chatbot tech and knowledge management. Onsite work in Makati, with a 6-month contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and QA tools.
• Knowledge of chatbot technologies and AI; knowledge management concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work in fast-paced environments.

About the role

Support BRSQMD in the e-Invoicing, CAS, and PRISM projects by performing end-to-end BA work: requirements analysis, FSD preparation, stakeholder coordination, SIT/UAT support, risk/change coordination, implementation readiness, post-deployment support, and PRISM policy lifecycle process analysis spanning lead acquisition, quotation, servicing, collections, claims monitoring, accounting integration, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Required:
