Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a Client Reporting Analyst (B2B AU Telco) to support enterprise client success through comprehensive governance, SLA and utilization reporting. The role is onsite at BGC, Taguig, with a day shift and close collaboration with Client Success Managers and Delivery teams.

You will deliver accurate reports, extract insights from data, and drive improvements in service delivery for Australian telco clients while maintaining documentation and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably in telecommunications, or managed services.
• Proven experience producing client-facing reports (governance packs, SLA dashboards, utilisation reports).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables) and Power BI for data analytics and visualization.
• Understanding of telecommunications or managed services, such as WAN, SIP, and mobile network statistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn raw data into insights and recommendations.
• Knowledge of SLAs and performance reporting in a client-facing context.
• Attention to detail and time management for tight reporting deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset and client-focused reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled governance and service performance reports.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from client-facing teams and strategic clients.
• Analyze outputs to provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all reporting tasks are completed accurately within defined timeframes.
• Maintain version control and consistent documentation across outputs.
• Collaborate with Client Success/Delivery Managers to align reports with business needs.
• Contribute to customer governance frameworks with timely, data-driven reporting.
• Keep process documentation up to date every six months.
