Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to refine BRDs, define acceptance criteria, and articulate problem statements for effective solution design. You will support end-to-end delivery with internal teams and technology partners in the Philippines, ensuring governance and standardized processes.

The role requires 3–6 years of BA experience in software or tech, plus knowledge of Telco domain and Agile or hybrid delivery. University degree in engineering or CS is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, and Architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine BRDs and experience journeys produced by Product for assigned workstreams.
• Define acceptance criteria and business rules for each requirement.
• Perform requirement analysis and articulate problem statements for solution design.
• Identify ambiguities and missing logic and escalate before delivery issues.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Support end-to-end project delivery with internal teams and technology partners.
• Contribute to simplification and standardization of architectures and solutions.
• Adhere to defined processes, procedures, and governance standards.
• Participate in convergence and migration projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and raise to team and stakeholders.
• Participate in refinement sessions with Architects to validate requirements.
• Clarify and align on requirements with stakeholders and escalate sign-off when needed.
• Engage with vendor partners on requirement understanding for assigned scope.
• Communicate requirements, progress, and risks clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Contribute domain inputs to product roadmaps and technology evolution discussions
