Job summary

CF Outsourcing Solutions in the Philippines seeks an IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid), and proficiency with Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project. Onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity projects, ERP implementations, or software development projects.
• Preferred: Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure, system implementations, and process improvement projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, analysts, vendors, and IT support teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements.
• Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
