Job Summary

As a Bakery Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and innovation of our baked products. You will work closely with the production and R&D teams to improve baking processes, develop new products, and maintain high food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and formulation of new bakery items
• Trains Bakers in proper mixing, proofing, baking, and cooling procedures
• Monitor product consistency and quality control
• Support production scale-ups and trials
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations
• Document formulations and baking procedures accurately
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Baking & Pastry Arts, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in bakery or food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of baking processes and ingredients
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
