Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a skilled Baker to produce breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies in a busy Metro Manila bakery on-site.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial baking experience, proficiency in bread making, pastry prep, cake decorating, and operation of commercial baking equipment, plus a valid food safety certification and HACCP knowledge. You will maintain product quality, freshness, and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience in a bakery or restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in bread making techniques, pastry preparation, cake decorating, and operating commercial baking equipment.
• Valid food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Decorate or finish baked goods as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient shortages.
• Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness.
• Assist with product development and seasonal menu items when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
