Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Writer to support the smooth execution and delivery of proposals and related technical writing tasks. The role collaborates with US-based subject matter experts to craft compliant, reader-focused content and ensure timely submissions.

The candidate will develop content for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, adhere to style guides, and assist in producing environmental reports and operations manuals as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in business, technical, or proposal writing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal content that meets the technical specifications of the RFP, RFQ, or RFI.
• Develop proposal content that meets the target reader's expectations (technical, operational, or executive).
• Develop proposal content that follows set style guides.
• Collaborate with US-based subject matter experts to submit high-quality proposals on time.
• Lead or coordinate teams in assessing requests and estimating time to develop and submit drafts.
• Develop other technical documents such as environmental reports and operations manuals as needed.
