The candidate will collaborate with our client’s teams and foreign counterparts, ensuring top-tier accuracy and professional presentation across all generated documents.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in related field.
• Background on financial reports and financial statements proofing.
• Big 4 accounting firm background or related experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Word and its features (mail merge, tables, headers/footers, page layouts).
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in report publishing.

Responsibilities

• Assists teams from our client’s divisions in generating professional quality financial and management reports.
• Ensures reports meet a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
• Examines texts to correct typographical, grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
• Collaborates with foreign counterparts to uphold standards across staff.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
