You will initiate sessions to gather requirements, draft guidelines, and provide training and administrative support to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in SharePoint.
• Willing to work at MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Initiate requirement gathering sessions with business users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Draft policies and guidelines.
• Provide users with appropriate support and advice.
• Gather and prepare project requirements with timetable.
• Release approved documentation of the new/updated process.
• Ensure completeness of information needed for requisitions and endorsement.
• Provide administrative support related to the department's target.
• Provide recommendations in line with new initiatives and innovations.
• Assist in the implementation of innovations in coordination with Technology, Process and Systems Division.
