Qualifications

• Craft high-quality responses for diverse client RFPs and RFIs.
• Review and improve proposal content for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with SMEs, sales and relationship teams to source information.
• Maintain and enhance the RFP content database and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires for a diverse client base.
• Coordinate the response process from kick-off meetings to final submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Research, draft, and tailor responses using available resources and client requirements.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, sales and relationship teams to source information and develop client-focused responses.
• Contribute to content management and process improvements across the proposal team.
