Job summary

Gratitude Jobs Ahead Hr Inc is seeking a Training Assistant Manager to design and deliver technical training within a BPO environment. You will leverage a strong Helpdesk background and hands-on hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting alongside Microsoft products.

Based in Clark, Pampanga, this onsite role requires 3-4 years in training or teaching-related tasks and an IT degree or near-completion. You’ll coach trainers, evaluate programs, and align training with client and business needs to

Qualifications

Helpdesk background with hands-on hardware/software/OS troubleshooting.
Familiar with troubleshooting operating systems.
Proficient with Microsoft products.
Experience supporting a BPO environment is required.
3–4 years in training or teaching-related tasks.
IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Training Manager in designing, implementing, and managing technical training for Helpdesk and IT support teams.
Deliver training on hardware, software, operating systems troubleshooting, and Microsoft products.
Support onboarding and continuous learning for agents in a BPO environment to meet client/business needs.
Coach and support trainers/trainees to improve technical knowledge and customer handling skills.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics, and implement improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to identify skill gaps and create refresher training.
Ensure training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content are current and accurate.
