• IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Training Manager in designing, implementing, and managing technical training for Helpdesk and IT support teams.
• Deliver training on hardware, software, operating systems troubleshooting, and Microsoft products.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning for agents in a BPO environment to meet client/business needs.
• Coach and support trainers/trainees to improve technical knowledge and customer handling skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and metrics, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to identify skill gaps and create refresher training.
• Ensure training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content are current and accurate.
