Bevi is seeking a Manager, Technical Training and Enablement to own the enablement engine end-to-end, leading an instructional designer and a technical content manager. You will build and scale both e-learning and in-person programs, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering on new product introductions to ensure rapid adoption.

This hands-on, hybrid role requires strong leadership, deep LMS experience (Absorb/Articulate), and a data-driven approach to training that scales with our partner

Qualifications

• Experience building and running technical training or enablement programs across internal and external partners.
• People leadership experience, or readiness to manage a small team.
• Working knowledge of LMS and authoring platforms (Absorb, Articulate), plus Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools.
• Ability to teach different learning styles across formats: verbal, written, video, and e-learning.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator who gains buy-in and keeps a program moving.
• A process builder who uses AI to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Instructional Designer and Technical Content Manager; set priorities and maintain quality and speed.
• Own onboarding and ongoing curricula for partner and internal audiences (e-learning and in-person), including modules, tests, milestones, and readiness assessment.
• Onboard and coach partner technicians and managers to drive field efficiency and technical proficiency.
• Own the intake, accuracy, and upkeep of technical documentation and the Bevi Help Center.
• Administer the Learning Management System and authoring tools: users, content, reporting, and completion tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales, partners, and Product/Engineering to translate new products into training and docs on time.
• Continuously improve how training, documentation, and the Help Center are built and scaled; leverage AI for efficiency.
