Job summary

Inriver seeks a Technical Enablement Assistant to design and deliver scalable onboarding and product training experiences. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Services, Partners, and SMEs to create practical learning materials that help customers and partners use our product effectively.

You will build learning journeys in the LMS/LXP, translate technical concepts into clear guidance, and support live sessions while promoting self-serve, scalable learning.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering, or supporting onboarding, product training, or software training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs, including product training components.
• Build and manage learning journeys within the LMS/LXP.
• Support rollout of onboarding programs and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Enablement to improve product training experiences.
• Translate product concepts into clear learning materials.
• Create guides, tutorials, playbooks, and templates.
• Support live sessions and workshops with scalable, self-service learning.
• Track engagement and measure onboarding effectiveness.
