Job summary

Premier BPO Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to manage the LMS, develop engaging training content, and support capability development across all departments.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, HR and leaders to design, deliver, and maintain training programs aligned with client KPIs and business goals, curate resources in the LMS and Udemy for Business, and facilitate virtual or classroom sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–3 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in a BPO or contact center.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (Adobe Learning Manager preferred).
• Experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the LMS (Adobe Learning Manager) administration, user access, course assignments, learning paths, certifications, and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning modules, presentations, videos, job aids, and guides aligned with operations and campaigns.
• Curate and organize learning resources within the LMS and Udemy for Business; develop structured learning paths and upskilling programs.
• Deliver product and process training for campaigns; facilitate virtual and classroom sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Recruitment, and leaders to identify training needs and align with client KPIs and SLAs.
• Measure training effects via feedback, assessments, and performance data; continuously improve learning content and delivery.
