Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Training Implementation Officer to drive end-to-end training programs. You will design content, deliver sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful program implementations and smooth handoffs.

The role requires strong instructional design capabilities, experience with LMS and virtual platforms, and excellent communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, implementation, or a related field supporting CX
• Experience with LMS and virtual training platforms
• Ability to design training content and assessments
• Experience facilitating Train-the-Trainer sessions and live workshops
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders during program implementation
• Participate in meetings from kick-off to operations transition
• Develop training content and supporting materials
• Review and contribute to training documentation
• Conduct needs analyses and facilitate TTT sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements
• Lead planning and execution of training activities and transitions
• Maintain training Masterfile and knowledge repositories
• Monitor communications and escalate issues as needed
