Job summary

Bluehost is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop and enhance our learning curriculum. You will create instructor-led training and e-learning materials that support our technical products, collaborating with business partners, subject matter experts, and Learning teams to identify training needs and ensure effective transfer of knowledge.

Responsibilities include designing modules, managing content in the LMS, uploading multimedia assets, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of instructional design and training experience.
• Strong written communication; comfortable presenting to large groups online.
• Experience designing eLearning with Camtasia, Articulate 360, Powtoon, and Canva.
• Experience with LMS content management (Workday preferred).
• Knowledge of instructional design methods and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning curriculum and materials.
• Create instructor-led training and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with partners, SMEs, and Learning teams to identify needs.
• Manage content in the LMS and upload multimedia content.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Revise materials for updates and changes in processes.
