Job summary

ibex is seeking a Training Manager to formulate and develop training programs, building a strategic plan to implement them and identify core competencies aligned with company objectives. You will lead a team of facilitators and designers, collaborate with account management, and drive continual improvement to deliver measurable training outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of creative training techniques, adult learning, and accelerated learning.
• Thorough knowledge of adult classroom instruction and curriculum design.
• Knowledge of Call Center operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to assessment, analysis, planning, design, delivery and pricing of client training initiatives.
• Acts as a performance consultant to account management within assigned accounts.
• Designs adult classroom materials and post-training follow-up to support client programs.
• Develops partnerships with clients, accounts, and account management.
• Coordinates teams of facilitators and designers to provide learning and performance solutions.
• Maintains continual improvement across design and facilitation processes.
• Leads staff, coaches direct reports, and plans work in line with policy.
• Mentors facilitators and designers to maximize training and facilitation skills.
