Job summary

Trends Group in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced IT Training Consultant to deliver scheduled courses and ensure certification readiness. You will prepare courses, labs, and assessments, troubleshoot classroom and virtual setups, and drive customer satisfaction through effective training delivery.

You will provide L&D consultancy services, work with cross-functional teams, and support pre-sales efforts by sharing expert knowledge on Trends Academy Training Services.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in the IT field.
• Experience providing Learning and Development consultancy services.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training courses as per assigned schedule.
• Achieves required certification levels and tracks as per business needs.
• Prepares and qualifies for new course introductions and lab coverage.
• Prepares and troubleshoots classroom and virtual lab setups.
• Maintains responsibility for tracking customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepares regular reports as needed.
• Transfers knowledge to new instructors upon assignment.
• Acts as expert on Trends Academy Training Services and supports pre-sales with customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers training courses as per assigned schedule
• Achieves the required certification levels and tracks as per the business needs
• Studies, prepares and qualifies himself for new introductions of courses, ensures practical coverage of all the course labs
• Prepares and troubleshoots issues for classroom and virtual classroom set-up such as courseware, labs and assessment tools
• Maintain responsibility for tracking key metrics on customer satisfaction
• Prepares and provides regular reports as needed
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to the new instructors upon assignment
• Serve as an expert about the TRENDS ACADEMY Training Services, the role as pre-sales will assist sales team in developing the business with customers.
• Provide Learning and Development consultancy services to customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Graduate of any IT-related course, and with good academic records

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in the IT field
• Experience on providing Learning and Development consultancy services
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Proven customer focus, interpersonal and communications skills to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
• Able to work well in a team environment and adhere to the highest ethical standards
• Required to be a person of great passion for learning and for sharing of knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments
