Trends Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Training Consultant for Trends Academy. You will deliver and develop courses, drive certification tracking, and provide Learning and Development consultancy to customers.

You will support the sales team in building business with clients, ensure effective classroom and virtual labs, and share knowledge with new instructors. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent with good academic records.
• 3–4 years of IT field experience, familiarity with Learning and Development consultancy services.
• Knowledge areas: CyberSecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Programming (Python, OOP), ITILv4 certifications are favorable.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and develops training courses as per assigned schedule.

• Studies, prepares and qualifies for new course introductions and ensures practical coverage of labs.
• Prepares and troubleshoots issues for classroom and virtual classroom setups (courseware, labs, assessments).
• Maintains responsibility for tracking key customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepares and provides regular reports as needed.
• Responsible for knowledge transfer to new instructors on assignment.
• Serves as an expert on Trends Academy Training Services; assists pre-sales in developing business with customers.
• Provides Learning and Development consultancy services to customers.

I. PURPOSE

The Trends Academy Training Consultant delivers and develops assigned training courses, achieves required certification levels based on business needs, provides learning and development consultancy services, and supports the sales team in developing business with customers.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers and develops training courses as per assigned schedule

• Achieves the required certification levels and tracks as per the business needs

• Studies, prepares and qualifies himself for new introductions of courses, ensures practical coverage of all the course labs

• Prepares and troubleshoots issues for classroom and virtual classroom set-up such as courseware, labs and assessment tools

• Maintain responsibility for tracking key metrics on customer satisfaction

• Prepares and provides regular reports as needed

• Responsible for knowledge transfer to the new instructors upon assignment

• Serve as an expert about the TRENDS ACADEMY Training Services, the role as pre-sales will assist sales team in developing the business with customers

• Provide Learning and Development consultancy services to customers

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Graduate of any IT-related course, and with good academic records
  

Minimum Experience/Training

• 3-4 years of experience in the IT field - familiarity with any of the following technologies and disciplines: Experience on providing Learning and Development consultancy services

1. CyberSecurity

2. Artificial Intelligence

3. Programming Languages (Python, Object-Oriented Programming)

4. IT Service Management (ITILv4 certifications highly favored)
