Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Training Specialist in the Philippines to deliver engaging learning programs across virtual and in-person platforms. You will update modules, coach employees, and ensure materials reflect product/process changes while aligning with safety and compliance standards.

You will work as an individual contributor with specialized knowledge in learning, applying methods and tactics to deliver effective training that improves performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related role.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training in virtual and/or classroom environments.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivers ad-hoc training for new hire business line transitions and updates training modules for process/system changes.
• Provides coaching and conducts individual training sessions to develop new skills.
• Designs and maintains training materials, curricula, and job aids for the assigned unit/region.
