Job summary

You will develop course content, manage training materials, and create e-learning modules across multiple modalities, while leveraging an LMS and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Marketing, Communication Arts, English or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, LMS, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of e-learning content development and LMS.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessments.
• Compile, arrange and update training materials and curricula.
• Develop course materials based on SME guidance for quality coursework.
• Correct and update e-learning modules; escalate issues to developers when needed.
• Participate in creating storyboards, scripts, and propose concepts to stakeholders.
• Create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.).
