Job summary

Powers Engineering & Inspection, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to lead the planning, development, and evaluation of company-wide training initiatives across our U.S. and Philippine teams.

You will establish a centralized framework supporting onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and continuous professional growth. You will work with Group Leads and subject-matter experts to tailor training to roles, identify competency gaps, and ensure training aligns with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or related field.
• At least three years of solid experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
• Experience in training needs analysis, instructional design, and program evaluation.
• Experience coordinating training across multiple departments and functions.
• Strong documentation, project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training needs assessment and annual Training and Development Plan.
• Develop and maintain standardized training modules.
• Coordinate technical and job-specific training across teams.
• Coordinate role-specific onboarding and continuous learning.
• Monitor training effectiveness and reporting.
• Coordinate training tools and resources repository.
