Bluehost is seeking a Channel Enablement Specialist in Cebu City to develop enablement assets and knowledge for customer service channels. You will partner with operations, product and marketing to drive KPI attainment and improve customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or support, experience creating enablement materials, and a degree on file. Strong MS Office and Canva/AI design skills are highly valued. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume sales or customer support.
• Experience creating enablement assets like scripts and battlecards.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create messaging, tools, and scripts for customer service channels.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing and brand teams.
• Develop and distribute internal communications and job aids.
